YouTube launches in app messaging service for sharing and discussing videos

YouTube, the popular and the most famous video blogging site has recently updated the YouTube app. The company has made a move to take your offline moments online by directly allowing you to share the links of the videos right from the app itself.

This new feature allows the users to share video links, clips and texts without the worries of copying and pasting as everything can now be done from the app itself.

As part of the testing program, YouTube announced that the feature is currently available only for the users in Canada.

Under this feature, you can share the YouTube videos with the users in multiple chats and chat with them and even invite more users. There will be a heart inside the chat where the users can express their like for the videos or messages. YouTube videos will be played inside the chat window and the users don’t have to exit from the chat window like they used to do before.

This YouTube Messenger as it is currently available for the users in Canada only, whereas if you are eager to use this feature, you must be receiving an invitation from the user who has already been using this feature.

This feature came from the idea of encouraging the users to stay within the app for sharing a particular video and conversing about that video.

As of now this YouTube Messenger feature is live for the people of Canada and let us hope. All we can do is wait for the YouTube app update to release for us soon.
